• Knights of the Frozen Throne – Rogue, Mage and Warrior Deathknight Decks

The description is about why I currently prefer building a more value centric Miracle. I agree it is a little bit misleading.
  • Legend Control Priest Guide

You build up a board and buff resilient minions like Priest of the Feast/ Auchenai with Talonpriest. Depending on whether the Mage draws Ice Block you can even use the Combo a decent amount of the time. Ice Block is a 1of they don't keep in their opening hand. Use Circle to heal your minions back up after a Blizzard/ Flamestrike. Overall it is a pretty even matchup, but highly dependant on the mage list. If he plays a greedy list with Medivh, it will be unfavored. But if you meet a lot of Reno Mages, I would suggest making the deck more greedy. Add 2 Shifting Shade for 1 Acolyte and 1 Priest of the Feast.

Cut a Thoughtsteal and add 2 Shifting Shade. I think that is a good replacement.

Against Dragon Priest you want to get board control. The standard list does not run Dragonfire Potion so they have almost no way to come back once they lose board control. So N'zoth should be the nail in the coffin. And I would not say that Dragonfire Potion is useless in this matchup. Dragon Priest plays a decent amount of non Dragon minions.

Malygos and Miracle are on the same level and fine decks to ladder with. Just pick the one you like the most. Deathrattle though is just too weak in the current metagame.
  • The Different Variatons of Control Warrior
    09/21/2016
Having strong 4-6 mana minions is good against Hunter, so if you want to improve this matchup I would suggest cutting some lategame cards (7+) and add f.ex. Bloodhoof Brave, Harrison Jones, Cairne Bloodhoof. Tinkmaster Overspark is also a good addition. It is very hard to make this matchup better than 55 %, so if you face a lot of Midrange Hunters, I would suggest switching to a Shaman deck. On (high-) Legend Midrange Hunter is almost non-existent, because playing it is from a statistical point of view just wrong.

I think the Curator is at its best in the Yogg- Saron Control Warrior. C'thun does have very few cards to cut, because of the Cultists, C'thun and the three 7 mana minions.

It is okay in the slot of Gorehowl. Better against Aggro for sure

Congratulations! Glad to hear that! :-)

Personnaly I would not recommend playing Antonidas, because he is too slow in the current meta. But if you really want to play him, you can cut Yogg- Saron.

Thank you for the info. Should be fixed now.

You can play Elise Starseeker to improve slower matchups or Baron Geddon for Zoo and Shaman

You're completely right. Menagerie Warden is among the best cards of the set. I just couldn't find anything interesting to write about the card. After Menagerie Warden becomes available, you just type "beast" in your collection -> put every good beast into the deck. Then add 2 Wrath, 2 Innervate, 2 Swipe, no Wild Growth, 2 Mark, 2 Azure Drake, 1 Sir Finley and the Curator. Voilà, you have a Tier 1- 1.5 deck that just plays stuff on curve and plays Mysterious Challenger ehrm Menagerie Warden on Turn 6 to get ridicolous value.

Yeah without Shieldmaiden it is impossible to replace Justicar Trueheart. But when Ironforge Portal comes out, it would be a okayish replacement.
  • N’zoth Control Warrior- Top 100 Legend

Assuming equal play skill, Priest should be unfavored. The thing is that only bad players or people who love it play Priest nowadays, because the class is horrible.

I think your experience was just bad luck. Zoo Warlock is not a fantastic matchup, but it is a good one. Just mulligan accordingly and you will do the majority of time fine against them :) If you want to further improve the matchup, Dark Iron Skulker is a good idea, but I'd suggest cutting Leeroy and not the 2nd Teacher. Leeroy is not a key component of the deck and only very good against the already good matchups (Control decks), whereas Teacher can be crucial against Zoo Warlock and Hunter. Hope I could help, if not, let me know. Cheers :) !

I think Ramp Druid is a good matchup with this deck. You have a lot of ways to handle their big guys, the only way to lose is if they get you low and deal lethal damage with C'thun. Against Druid you should mulligan for Doomsayer, Aldor Peacekeeper, Truesilver Champion and Equality, so that you can handle any initial pressure.
